The following are a few projects that we have done that gave the clients exactly what they wanted after being told that it was not feasible!

Major Alterations for this kitchen in Haxey

This required not just a supporting wall to be removed, but also the chimney from ground floor through to the roof. Then with the steel beam and pad stones in place the existing ceilings and floor above had to be restored. We also blocked off a door in this kitchen to gain more space and after amending most of the heating system even built a bespoke window seat and a electric box housing to complete the scheme.

Large Kitchen Westwoodside

The main issue with this kitchen was that the clients wanted the 900mm x 600mm 25mm thick limestone slabs throughout the kitchen into the hallway D/S bathroom and backdoor corridor.

While that sounds easy, trust me its not because in addition to 25mm of stone, there's more adhesive required to keep the floor level  this affects everything especially the original doors, casings and architrave.

We also had to create the large Chimney to house the Arga and the hob in one location.

Small Kitchen Leeds

On going to several Kitchen companies the clients here were told that they could either have a large fridge freezer or a tall oven housing because the door position would not allow for both. We had done a couple of projects for the parents and was given a call.

If you look at the images below your see we moved the doorway central to gain the space and managed to fit both but also Pan Draws, two pull outs and integrated dishwasher.

Small Kitchen Pontefract

This kitchen was another where other designers had said there was no room for a large fridge freezer and tall oven housing. This was all due to one thing a radiator, we just amended the pipework and we managed to fit it all in including a dishwasher, and a lot more storage. Despite its size with new floor and wall tiling little touches like new lighting and chrome sockets, the kitchen now looks a top quality job.
